Where do i get my tickets?

Upon arrival in Orange, please head to the “Festival Hub” Click here for Map. At the Festival Hub, you’ll collect your festival wristband. There are plenty of festival staff here to answer any questions you may have.

12-7 Friday
9am – 9pm on Sat + Sun.
Location: Holy Trinity Church Hall, 257 Anson St (behind Barratt & Smith Pathology).

When does the festival start?

The festival commences on Friday 9 June with two activities:

  1. Opening Night Party at Canobolas Dance Hall. This event is ticketed separately to the Festival Weekend Pass.
  2. The Royal Hotel is hosting FREE performances from 6pm

The festival continues on Saturday 10 June and closes late on Sunday 11 June.  

How do I book seats for each concert?

Seating is all unreserved seating and cannot be booked ahead of time. Your festival pass wristband will ensure you have access to all ticketed venues.

How long do concerts go for?

The concerts go for 60 to 75 minutes, except on the free stage at the Royal hotel where the concerts will be from 30 to 60 minutes.

When do I receive my tickets?

Your weekend festival pass wristband will be provided to you upon arrival at the Festival Hub. Please bring ID + proof of purchase (email confirmation from Humantix is fine). Wristbands are non-transferable and must not be removed during the festival.

Is there parking available?

Orange City Council provides information of parking options – see  orange.nsw.gov.au/parking/. The festival is spread across 8 venues in the CBD, all within walking distance of each other – the maximum distance between two venues is 800 metres.

What food and drink options are available at each venue?

As the venues are in the CBD there are many food options available close by. We suggest you book main meals ahead of time. Food and drinks will not be allowed inside the church venues.

What Concessions do we accept?

We offer concession priced tickets if you hold a current full-time student Card, Government issued Australian Seniors Card, Pensioner Concession Card (excluding Health Care Cards) and Veterans Affairs Card, Carers or Companion Card. Concessions must be valid at the time of booking and apply per person. Please ensure you have proof of entitlement with you on the day or an upgrade fee may be payable. SIMA members and Jam Orange Members may also purchase a concession ticket.
